Stopping Sarcoma
A Vital Mission
The Camilia Philibert Foundation was established to fulfill Camilia’s final wishes and honor her memory by supporting groundbreaking research on sarcoma, a rare and challenging form of cancer that affects many lives.
The funds raised will primarily be used to finance cutting-edge research, clinical trials and to award research scholarships to support innovation.
Through these efforts, we turn remembrance into action, building a legacy of hope, progress, and the vision of a world free from sarcoma.

What is Sarcoma?
Sarcomas are rare malignant tumors that develop in mesenchymal tissues such as connective tissues, muscles, adipose tissues (fat), peripheral nervous system, and bones. They make up about 1% of all newly diagnosed cancers in adults and about 15% of malignant tumors in children. Sarcomas are divided into two main categories: soft tissue sarcomas and bone sarcomas.
